Dr. William R. Waldron
Dr. Waldron graduated from The University of Rochester in 1970 and is a member of the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association, Virginia Academy of Optometry and the Tidewater Optometric Society.
Dr. David M. Buck
Dr. Heather Bae
Dr. Bae is a native to Yorktown, VA and is compassionate about bringing eye care to the community that she’s familiar with. After graduating from VCU in 2013, she moved to Tennessee where she completed her training at the Southern College of Optometry and obtained her Doctor of Optometry in 2019. During her time at SCO, she completed her clinical rotations at John Kenyon Eye Canter and Pacific Eye Care. It was in California that she found her love for private practice, because it allows her to get personal with patients and truly build relationships that are lasting.

Specializing in Low Vision Rehabilitation
Some patients, due to eye disease, congenital/childhood disease, or injury, cannot achieve perfect vision even with the best glasses and contacts. Both of our doctors specialize in optimizing visual function for these patients using devices and techniques in our Low Vision Clinic.
