Dr. David M. Buck, O.D. established Peninsula Eye Care in 2017 on the foundation of Dr. William R. Waldron's practice. His goal is to provide full scope optometry services to the Peninsula and surrounding areas with proficiency and genuine care for his patients.
Dr. Palmer graduated from Miami University of Ohio, co-majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Overmeyer graduated with highest honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in May 2013. Over the past 11 years, she has practiced optometry in both private practice and a multi-disciplinary clinic.
